There are frequent instances where a business might need a
transcript in the native language of the speaker. Many insurance
companies, including automobile and workers' compensation insurance
companies, might have claimants who speak a language other than language
and need to record their written statements. If the interviewee speaks
Spanish as their primary language, it is going to much easier for them
to express themselves and to give the information requested in their
native tongue.
Most transcription companies can provide either a Spanish to Spanish document or spanish transcription
to the english text. Obviously, a Spanish to Spanish document is going
to be priced a little higher than a regular English to English document
as of the special skill and ability needed to provide a Spanish
document. Not everybody who speaks Spanish can provide transcription
services. And not everybody who provides transcription services can
speak Spanish. Being able to combine these two skills is incredibly
unique.
Most companies that offer Spanish typing services will
usually also offer Spanish to English transcription and translation. It
involves a two-step process. The transcript will first need to be
transcribed into Spanish and then translated into English. Obviously,
there will be another price difference from straight Spanish to spanish
transcription services to the translation and typing involved in Spanish to English transcription.
