GRONKWOODS: “Crashlete” Rob Gronkowski washttp://www.newpatriotssale.com/nfl-new-england-patriots-cheap-rob-ninkovich-jersey-50-on-sale.html back at his go-to rumpus room, Foxwoods Resort Casino. The New England Patriots tight end played blackjack, downed a T-bone at David Burke Prime, and sipped on an espresso with his crew. Maybe it was the steak talking, but Gronk decided to do a little on-site shopping (Mother’s Day is Sunday, after all). He picked up some socks and sandals at Bass (PLEASE tell us you won’t wear them together) and a Keurig from The Kitchen Collection. We want in on that hot date.

The Patriots came in a pack: Robert Kraft, Bill Belichick, LeGarrette Blount, Patrick Chung, Julian Edelman, Dion Lewis, James White, Stephon Gilmore, Duron Harmon, Shaq Mason, Eric Rowe and Vince Valentine were all there. Pablo Sandoval was also at the game as the lone Red Sox representative, while actor Kevin Chapman and comic Lenny Clarke were there on behalf of the thespians.
HALF A BUBBLE OFF PLUM: Fashion doyenne Plum Sykes strutted down Newbury Street yesterday. The British-born journalist and New YorkCoby Fleener Womens Jersey socialite, who made her mark in the ’90s as a contributing editor at Vogue, appeared at Burberry’s Back Bay store to celebrate the launch of her latest book, “Party Girls Die in Pearls.” Previously, this boss lady wrote “The Debutante Divorcee” and “Bergdorf Blondes.” The alliteration game is strong with that one.
LET’S GET GRIT: WWE star and West Newbury native John Cena will be back on your TV screen this summer, as he hosts the second season of “American Grit.” This time around, the Fox show will feature a local contestant: Hannah Butera, a 23-year-old housewife from Newburyport. Butera will join 16 other competitors, Cena and a groupT.Y. Hilton Jersey of mentors called “The Cadre” in Hampton Island, Ga., at Camp Grit. The contestants will take on military-style challenges to get their grit back — oh, and potentially win a quarter of a million dollars. It all kicks off June 11.
