The dismissal comes after he was suspended indefinitely following his arrest Friday in Columbia on suspicion of stealing and fraudulently using a credit or debit card. Boone County Sheriff Department records show Walters was booked into the county jail and later released on $5,500 bail.Walters never played a game for Missouri. It was filed last week in Middlesex County.The victim, who was not old enough to legally drink at the time, says she drank too much the night of the assaults and was too incapacitated to give consent.
