Newbie Deena Nicole Cortese proved that proverb in true Jersey Shore style on the show's season 3 premiere Thursday night.

At first, Ronnie and Sammi let it slide. But when they heard Deena downstairs shouting about them in a drunken tirade to the other roommates, Ronnie and Sammi headed downstairs to confront Deena and demand respect, putting the show's bleep machine into overdrive.

"Listen, b'', you don't f''ing know me," Ronnie said. "You're in my f''ing house. You just walked through the door. You earn respect in this f''ing house, you don't just f''ing get it."

Then Snooki got in on the action, yelling at Sammi and calling her a b''. And when Jenni "JWoww" Farley joined, it was, as Sammi predicted, three against one in a kitchen brawl that ended in fisticuffs.
